Twice-monthly small group mastermind sessions facilitated by me so you can have real-time support in a community of peers.
This is really the magic of the program. Mastermind calls are a unique way to deliver group coaching and foster meaningful peer mentoring. Calls are delivered to a small group of women who travel through the program together.
Each month you'll get homework (you know it!) to take your learning to the next level. These activities will force you to take actions instead of just consume info!
A bi-weekly hot seats / review process so you can put your personal accountability on the line and assess where you need to make change.
Each mastermind call will consist of each participant (that shows up for the call) sharing their HIGHS/LOWS for about 5-15 each. For each call is ONE hot-seat with Tian - one person is selected to go into the spotlight for the majority of the call. The hot-seat is where one participant is the spotlight for the session and the group spends the majority of the session focus on the hot-seat participant's particular problems or issues facing. This is a great way to harness of the wisdom and knowledge of the group.
A private collaboration space inside a private Facebook group managed by me so you can get anytime help from people who have your back.

How much time will it take me to work through each week? When do we start?

Our live coaching sessions happen on Tuesdays at 1pm EST (tentative, poll coming).
